Colleagues discuss recent policy proposals that could affect Guardian and the American healthcare industry
On Monday, June 3, members of Guardian’s Government Affairs team, along with CGM’s Stu Shaw and Avesis CEO Chris Swanker presented to an internal group of Guardian employees on Bethlehem’s campus. The topic was “Medicare-for-all” and what recent policy proposals would mean for the company and the American healthcare industry.
Panelists discussd several focus areas, including the difference between proposed “Medicare-for-all” policies at the state and federal level, how the implementation of these programs would affect Guardian, the proponents and opponents of these policies, and other relevant items.
